Today’s #SmallActsofKindness2020 is a simple act of kindness that anyone can do, and just about everyone gets the chance to do almost every day. That act of kindness is holding the door open for someone. The other day, Paul stopped to get gas. He went into the store to pay for his gas and his drink he got from the cooler. While he was at the counter paying for his items, he happened to notice a gentleman heading toward the door with several bags and a case of bottled water. Paul was about to step away from the counter and get the door for the man, but a kid that was walking into the store with his mother noticed the man with his hands full and hurried to get the door for him, beating Paul to it. It’s always nice to see kids being kind to others. Next time you’re out and about and you see some with their hands full, offer to help them out or simply hold the door open for them.
